6ix9ine has claimed that he once had the chance to sleep with Nicki Minaj but decided against it.
The Brooklyn rapper collaborated with Nicki in 2020 on the song ‘Trollz’, which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
During a recent livestream with Adin Ross and N3on, the topic of sleeping with female rappers came up. When asked if he had ever had sex with Nicki, he replied, “No, I could have, though. I had the opportunity.”
6ix9ine made the comments while doing a lie detector test, with the person controlling the polygraph stating that he was telling the truth.
Nicki received backlash for working with 6ix9ine over his various legal issues. In a since-deleted post, she wrote, “You don’t have to defend me. I’m not afraid of internet trolls, blogs, artists. I don’t jump on bandwagons. Many will never know what it feels like to have a mind of their own.”
The Sad Pony and Jahnei Clarke-produced ‘Trollz‘ was the second single 6ix9ine released after getting out of prison.
On the song, Nicki raps, “Somebody usher this n*gga into a clinic/ My flow’s still sick, I ain’t talkin’ a pandemic/ I write my own lyrics, a lot of these bitches gimmicks/ They study Nicki style, now all of them wan’ mimic.”
Due to 6ix9ine being under home confinement, the duo shot the colourful music video in his guest bedroom. In the clip, Nicki is shown twerking in bubbly water and pouring milk over 6ix9ine’s head.
The visual has over 482 million YouTube views and another 187 million streams on Spotify. After debuting at number one, ‘Trollz’ dropped to 34, breaking the record for the largest fall off from the top spot in Hot 100 history.
