But it’s also a further red flag when we now know that David’s father, Dahwood Burke, is actually a litigation support manager at Troutman Pepperlock.

He was allegedly trafficking young girls, including Celeste.
Authorities are now saying that more victims have come forward and the scale of what’s being uncovered is chilling.
The situation is spiraling fast with new details emerging every day, painting a picture that’s far more disturbing than anyone could have imagined.
Things are about to get really disturbing.

So, David being tied to Epstein just might explain a lot of insanity that we’ve been seeing so far with this case.
But what’s wild is that the police allegedly made this discovery a while ago, but for some reason, they decided to keep it under wraps and not include it in the case documents because they didn’t want the public to find out.
But the internet of course did its thing and fans quickly found out that David’s dad was one of the lawyers on Epstein’s legal team.

So, not only did his father work with Epstein, but he also was directly responsible for pressuring victims not to pursue legal action against Epstein, but to opt for hush money instead.
Yes, the Apple allegedly didn’t fall too far from the tree with this one.
But it gets even creepier because according to an anonymous investigator working on the case, there are some bits of evidence that suggest that David might have spent some time around Epstein as a child.
Now, we don’t know if this means that he just got to sit on some legal meetings with his dad and Epstein, or if he was at these creepy parties and he was around Epstein, and that’s even enough for red flag right there.
But what makes it even creepier is the evidence that the authorities had found out about how Celeste was not the only victim.
Sources are saying that the police have found so much evidence that has led them to believe that Celeste was not the only one.
They’re calling him a trafficker because they’re convinced that he was holding girls against their will and allegedly selling them off.
And the ones that didn’t make it, he allegedly disposed of them like he did Celeste.
But it gets even more sinister than that because now the entire label, Mogul Records, and his manager and owner, Robert Morgan Roth, is believed to have been in on it.
Now, we don’t know if Robert was an active participant or if he was just covering up for David because David was his major money maker.
But from what we know, Robert’s hands are all over this and the police are also looking at him heavily as a co-conspirator.
Now, Robert first came under the spotlight when he was consummoned to testify before a grand jury.
And after sitting through that testimony, let’s just say things got very suspicious.
Team Z reports that in the courthouse hallway, Robert was overheard admitting the prosecutor grilled him about why he never contacted the police.
That alone suggests authorities have more than just circumstantial evidence that he at least knew what happened to Celeste and chose to stay silent.
But you want to know why Robert didn’t call the cops? Eyewitnesses say that he told the grand jury, referring to the prosecutor.
She was really pushy about why I didn’t contact the police.
He added, “I just felt like I wasn’t my responsibility and wanted to keep going with the tour.” Yes, it just seems so callous, but it’s even worse than that.
See, from the new investigation, it turns out that Robert wasn’t just covering for David, but he was also watching his own back because allegedly he knew about David’s trafficking.
Now, we’re not saying that Rob was involved, but the evidence does seem to suggest that he has also at least knew about, but you all know that the police have found evidence about more victims, right? Well, it turns out that one of the victims sent an email to Robert a while ago warning him.
A family friend of Celeste Hernandez sent an email to Josh Marshall, who is David’s manager and roommate back in 2024, February 2024.
And in the email was the missing person’s report of Celeste and all of her information.
And it said, “We know Celeste is living with you guys.
She needs to return home.” One day later, Celeste returned home.
And then a month after that, she went back to living with David and his roommate Josh Marshall.
So Josh Marshall was well aware of Celestrias Hernandez’s age and that she was a missing child.
>> At first, everyone assumed that the manager in question was his other manager, Josh Marshall.
However, Josh immediately distanced himself from this whole situation and threw Robert under the bus.
He said, “I have zero knowledge of anything and I don’t live in California.
I also I work remotely 95% of the time and my job doesn’t require me to have much interaction with any of my clients, David, as there are many others that work with him on a day-to-day capacity, not me.
David’s manager, Josh Marshall, commented on my last video and asked me to pin the comments.

But what he said was everything that I said in the video was completely false.
He said he never received an email and he had zero knowledge of anything that was going on.
He doesn’t live in California.
He lives in a completely different state than David with his wife and his three children.
Josh Marshall also said that he doesn’t have much interaction with his clients or David because he works remotely 95% of the time.

But it doesn’t stop there.
Reports suggest that Robert and David might have been living under the same roof when the murder went down.
But it gets even more sinister because the police are now piecing together pieces of evidence that suggest that the whole trafficking operation was clearly and carefully thought out and planned ahead of time.
You remember that there was a freezer found in his house, right? Well, unfortunately, it turns out that not all of his victims made it and they needed a place to store the bodies, which is where this fridge comes in.
from what the police are now saying there might be enough evidence to believe that the freezer was used to store bodies before they were disposed of.
But it gets even more sinister because there is also a burned cage found in David’s house which gets hot enough to cremate human remains.
Now either David was running cremation services right out of his own home or the police just uncovered how he allegedly got rid of his smuggling.
For weeks, we’ve been wondering just what it was that a private investigator named Steve Fiser found inside David’s home when he was given access last October.
The PI reported seeing quote items you would expect to find on a farm rather than in a home in the Hollywood Hills.
And today we are learning about one of those items.
Steve Fischer has confirmed it was something called a burn cage.
Take a look at your screen.
That’s what a burn cage looks like.
It’s used uh usually on farms to incinerate waste and debris, but lots of private company private homes have them as well.
This particular model uh can apparently get up to a whopping 1600° F, which is about 200° hotter than the temperature required to burn human bones.
And this is the photograph Steve took of that burn device, the burn cage inside David’s home.
He noted that these types of incinerators are illegal in LA County.
This is horrible.
But it gets even shadier.
David doesn’t even own the house.
He installed the burn cage without the landlord knowing or giving permission.
On top of that, he reportedly ordered and paid for it under a fake name.
David’s team tried to claim that it was for a prop of a music video, but the investigator called BS, saying, “Why would a 55lb burn cage be delivered to a private residence instead of directly to a prop designer or production house? Why would it be ordered before departing on an extended world tour? And why was it never used in any video production? Yes, the pieces are starting to add up.
But somehow things are about to get even more suspicious.
See, once the details of this connection to Epstein leaked, all of a sudden things started to get very hush hush.
For one, there’s a new court order in place preventing the medical examiner from talking about anything relating to the case.
This coming after the police found new victims, just making it even more suspicious.
The medical examiner released a statement saying, “No records or details associated with the case, including the cause of manner of death and medical examiner report can be released or posted on the website until further notice.
The department understands the public’s interest in this case and remains committed to transparency when possible.
Information will be made available once the court order is lifted.
So yeah, there’s definitely something going on.
And there are reports that someone very powerful is behind it all.
For example, do you remember the uncooperative witness in the case? A while back, reports came out that a female witness didn’t show up to testify before the grand jury even though she had been officially summoned.
According to sources, Deputy DA Beth Silverman, who is handling the case in Los Angeles, reportedly told attorney Evan Jennis that she was thinking about asking the judge for a body attachment.
Even with that, the witness still refused to appear and now the prosecutor is reportedly considering having her arrested in terms of um >> so so this guy >> with regard to the grand jury situation right now is >> this person being so uncooperative is is there is there an uncooperative witness that is uh part of the situation that is on the verge of getting arrested herself? Is that the case? >> That’s ex Yeah, that’s exactly right.
So, it’s one of the other people that they hope to speak with as part of this grand jury is a female female witness.
We’re unclear who she is or how she may be connected to the case, but she has been uncooperative.
So much so that the district attorney is considering getting something called a body attachment, which is similar to an arrest warrant, but essentially what it would be is that law enforcement would go and find this witness and literally take her back and in handcuffs if necessary to the uh district or to the grand jury room rather where she would be then made to testify.
So um again, it’s it’s u it’s unclear who she is and how she’s connected to the case, but they really want to talk to her.
So, I would think that would indicate that she’s someone who may play an important role here.
>> Insiders are now saying that the female witness is none other than David’s friend, Asia.
And the reason that she’s refusing to testify isn’t about protecting David at all.
It’s all about protecting herself.
She knows that if David goes down, she could be going down, too.
It gets even more twisted, you guys.
The unooperative witness is reportedly represented by the same lawyer as David’s manager, Robert.
So, the connections are starting to line up and it’s getting seriously scary.
And now with the smuggling activities coming into the mix, things are about to get even uglier.
So, how does Asia afford a hot shot lawyer? Well, there are reports that the people financing and benefiting from the trafficking are the ones bankrolling her because the last thing they need is to be exposed.
And it looks like Asia knows where all the bodies could be buried or burned.
And it’s a very messy situation.
At this point, it’s clear that this goes way beyond just David.
We’re talking about a tangled network of power, money, and silence.
Lawyers covering for each other, witnesses refusing to testify, and authorities uncovering a trail that’s darker and more twisted than anyone imagined.
If anything, the next chapter is about to hit even harder.
