Biggie Smalls‘ son, Christopher ‘CJ’ Wallace, has filed a defamation lawsuit against music producer Jonathan Hay after he was accused of luring him to be sexually assaulted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

Hay allegedly accused Wallace of setting him up “to be sexually assaulted by Combs at Wallace’s house and witnessing a supposed sexual assault at his house.”

According to People, Wallace also claimed that Hay made claims about him having sexual relations with Combs and participating in “freak-offs.”

Hay was sued by Wallace on November 12th, claiming he “published the foregoing false, unprivileged statements of fact about Wallace to third parties.”

“Hay acted with actual malice, knowing the statements were false or with reckless disregard for their truth or falsity,” the lawsuit read. It added that Wallace “has suffered general and special damages, including loss of professional opportunities, humiliation, and mental anguish.”

The complaint stated that Wallace is seeking unspecified punitive and compensatory damages for his allegations.

Wallace alleged that Hay’s comments came about after a failed deal over Hay’s ‘Ready to Dance’ remix with him in 2020.

CJ is Biggie and Faith Evans‘ only son. The 29-year-old is an actor and entrepreneur who starred as his father in the 2009 movie, Notorious.

He reflected on his late father during an interview with Variety in 2020. “Whenever I’m at my grandma’s house, [I think of my dad],” he said. “My sister calls it the Biggie museum because there’s so many pictures of him everywhere.”

Wallace continued, “Whenever I’m in Jamaica with my family, with his friends, my Uncle G, Uncle Cease. He’s also a founder in our company — an inspiration and one of the founding fathers. I can’t go a day without thinking about him.”
