Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs was sentenced to just over four years in prison on October 3rd. Additionally, as part of his conviction, he’s been forced to forfeit several items that make up something called the “Ibiza Tapes.”

In court documents filed on October 8th, the Bad Boy rapper was told he would have to surrender 90 items. These include phones, hard drives and camera footage.

The US Customs and Border Protection stated that it would hold the items in “its secure custody and control.”

According to Yahoo, iPads, iPhones and flash drives were seized, as well as $9,000 in cash that was found when Combs was arrested in 2024 at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan.

The video footage was shot on a Sony DVCAM, but it’s unclear what is on the tapes. The forfeiture was signed off on by Combs, along with his lawyers and prosecutors.

During his recent trial, the court heard about “freak-offs” and “hotel nights” that were drug-fuelled, sexual encounters involving his ex-girlfriends and male escorts.

Combs was sentenced to four years and two months in prison for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

He was acquitted of the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, which could have resulted in a life sentence.

The rapper’s legal team are planning to appeal his sentence. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said, “Both the guidelines calculation and the sentence took account of conduct for which Mr Combs was acquitted by a jury. We contend this amounts to legal error.”
