Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs reportedly bragging about Donald Trump pardon in prison

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs hasn’t been inside his new prison for a week yet, but he’s reportedly already bragging to other inmates.

Combs is scheduled to be released from prison on May 8th, 2028. However, he allegedly thinks he will be freed in early 2026.

Sources at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey told TMZ that Combs has been telling inmates he will take care of them once he’s pardoned by President Donald Trump.

Combs requested a pardon from Trump after he was sentenced for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in October.

Trump confirmed that Combs asked for a pardon while speaking in the Oval Office, telling reporters, “A lot of people have asked me for pardons. I call him Puff Daddy; he has asked me for a pardon.”

When reports emerged that Trump was considering pardoning Combs last month, a White House spokesperson denied the claims.

“There is zero truth to the TMZ report, which we would’ve gladly explained had they reached out before running their fake news,” the representative said. “The president, not anonymous sources, is the final decider on pardons and commutations.”

In the past, Trump criticised Combs over comments made when he was running for president. “I was very friendly with him, I got along with him great, and he seemed like a nice guy,” he said. “I didn’t know him well. But when I ran for office, he was very hostile.”

He added that while “we don’t like to have things cloud our judgment,” Combs’ “terrible statements” made a pardon “more difficult to do.”
