A woman was arrested in Florida this week after refusing to pay for her bill while claiming to be married to Eminem.
54-year-old Jennifer Kleber sat down for food at Darrell’s Dog Gone Good Diner in Silver Springs on October 20th, but when the bill came, she wouldn’t pay it.
This prompted the manager to call the police. When officers arrived at the restaurant, Kleber told them that her alleged husband, Eminem, would be covering the tab. She alleged Em was paying for the meal due to the rapper having “unlimited money.”
According to TMZ, her meal cost $27.55, but she only had $10 to partially cover her French toast, a “bacon cheese,” soda, and chocolate milk.
Kleber was taken to the Marion County Jail and booked for defrauding an innkeeper, which is informally known as “dine and dashing.”
The manager claimed it wasn’t the fist time she had visited the restaurant, and previously didn’t pay for her food. Kleber told officers that Em had covered for her in the past.
Darrell’s Dog Gone Good Diner is located on 5125 E Silver Springs Blvd. They provide table service and takeaway options, serving breakfast, lunch, and brunch.
Just last week, it was reported that 53-year-old Eminem was dating his longtime stylist, Katrina Malota, who is 51.
Malota has worked with Em for many years on music videos and photoshoots regarding hair and grooming. She’s also a makeup artist and is based out of a salon in Birmingham, Michigan.
Em previously married Kim Scott in June 1999, but got divorced in 2001. They got married again in January 2006, but Em filed for divorce in April that year.
