Cardi B has confirmed she’s pregnant with Stefon Diggs’ baby. The Bronx rapper revealed the news during an interview with Gayle King this week.
News of her pregnancy comes shortly after she confirmed she was in a relationship with the NFL star earlier this year.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” she told CBS Mornings. “I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong. I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work. But I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby. And me and my man, we’re very supportive of each other.”
31-year-old Diggs is a wide receiver for the New England Patriots. He has previously played for the Houston Texans, Buffalo Bills, and Minnesota Vikings.
Speaking on Diggs, Cardi said, “He just makes me feel safe and very confident and very strong. I mean, two weeks ago, I was literally having a panic attack. I was crying and crying and crying, just because I was just getting really nervous with the whole album rollout.”
She added, “People were coming at me very hard. Sometimes people love you, people hate you. And people was just saying very mean things about me.”
When she announced her new partner on Instagram in June, she shared a photo of them cosying up on a boat. As part of the carousel, she also posted a video of herself twerking as Diggs slapped her buttocks.
Cardi already has three children with her ex-husband, Offset. They share two daughters, Kulture and Blossom, and one son, Wave.
She filed for divorce from Offset in July 2024 after seven years of marriage. Cardi previously submitted a divorce petition in September 2020, but dismissed it.
