A man who filed a sexual abuse lawsuit against Sean Combs is standing firmly by one of the most shocking allegations in his complaint.
Publicist Jonathan Hay says his accusations are true, despite Combs’ legal team dismissing the claims as fabricated.
At the center of the lawsuit is a disturbing allegation that Combs masturbated into a shirt belonging to the late The Notorious B.I.G. and then threw the garment onto Hay.
Jonathan Hay Rejects Diddy’s Defense
Hay first filed his lawsuit in July 2025, accusing Combs of sexual abuse, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and sexual battery.
Combs denied the allegations earlier this year, arguing that any restraint described in the complaint was part of what his attorneys characterized as a “citizen’s arrest.”
Hay has now publicly pushed back against that explanation.
“His claims of a consensual encounter or a citizen’s arrest are pure fiction,” Hay said in a statement reported by TMZ.
“There was nothing consensual about it. He forced himself on me while I was being held against my will.”
Hay also said he hopes criminal charges will eventually be filed.
Details of the Alleged Incident
According to the lawsuit, Hay says he was left alone with Combs, who allegedly began watching pornography on his phone.
Hay claims Combs then grabbed a shirt associated with Biggie Smalls, masturbated in front of him, and allegedly demanded that Hay “finish” him off.
The lawsuit further alleges that Combs ejaculated into the shirt, laughed, and tossed it onto Hay while saying, “RIP Biggie.”
The allegations have drawn significant attention because of Biggie’s legendary status and his close relationship with Combs.
Biggie’s Son Also Named in Lawsuit
Hay’s original lawsuit also named C. J. Wallace as a defendant.
The complaint includes multiple civil claims, though all allegations remain unproven in court.
Diddy Continues Serving Federal Sentence
Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence at FCI Fort Dix after being convicted on transportation-related offenses connected to prostitution.
He continues to face a growing number of civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct, all of which he has denied.
Legal Battle Far From Over
The dispute between Hay and Combs appears headed for a prolonged court fight.
Hay remains adamant that the alleged encounter was non-consensual and that Combs’ version of events is false.
Combs, meanwhile, has consistently denied wrongdoing.
As the legal proceedings continue, the case adds another layer to the mounting controversies surrounding the once-dominant music executive.
