Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ facing strict conditions upon prison release

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs was sentenced to four years and two months behind bars earlier this month. He’s also facing five years of supervised release once he does get out, and those conditions have now been revealed.

Combs was handed a 50-month sentence in a Manhattan federal courtroom on October 3rd after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

On October 15th, special conditions were filed as part of a judgment in his case. According to TMZ, he’s banned from contacting any of his victims and must submit to all searches.

He will also have to attend treatment programs for drug abuse and mental health issues. As part of this, Combs will be prescribed medicine.

In addition, he’s also required to participate in an approved program for domestic violence following his abuse of Cassie, which was caught on camera.

The standard conditions for his release include not owning, possessing or having access to a firearm or any other destructive devices.

Combs remains at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he’s been since his arrest in September 2024.

The rapper recently put in a request to serve his sentence at Fort Dix in New Jersey. “In order to address drug abuse issues and to maximise family visitation and rehabilitative efforts, we request that the Court strongly recommend to the Bureau of Prisons that Mr Combs be placed at FCI Fort Dix for RDAP,” his lawyer, Teny Geragos, said.

The judge denied his specific prison request, but stated the court would “recommend a facility in the geographic location of the defence’s choosing.”
